First Workout Back @ The BTG Garage!

This Saturday morning's Weekend Grinder workout was our first one back at The BTG Garage, with a skeleton crew and minimal equipment (since we haven't finished moving all our gear yet).

Deck of Cards 16 kg KB Complex - swings, goblet squats, 1A rows and OH press, for a total of 85 reps of each, followed by a 2.5 K (ish) run, and KB farmers walks to finish.  Thanks Gerry S, Wendy J-O and Lauri B for putting up with the not-yet-complete space, and putting in WORK!
