Great Weekend Workout!

Great job by the crew, putting in WORK early on a Saturday morning!  Gerry S, Lauri B, Tanya P and Wendy J-O were joined by myself and my lovely wife for four rounds of:

  • Rip Trainer Windmill
  • DB OH Windmill
  • Airdyne
  • Slideboard Miyagi
  • Mobility/Stretch
  • KB RDL

We finished with alternating 90 seconds TRX Grip Hang with:

  • Battling Rope
  • Jump Rope
  • Airdyne

Great job everyone!  I think I'm going to take someone's suggestion from a few weeks ago and rename the workout from the "Weekend Grinder" to "Sadistic Saturdays".  :)
