Most people, however, will go right from their first "On-Ramp" session to Small Group training.

$200 per month (2 sessions per week) | $300 per month (3 sessions per week)

- Up to 3:1 Athlete:Trainer Ratio (Semi-Private)
- Includes flexible, drop-in access to any of our Small Group classes
- Fully-coached and monitored BTG Foundations Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching program
- Guaranteed spots in regularly scheduled Small Group classes
available for an additional monthly fee (inquire for details)

$100 per month
- Customized exercise programming and coaching delivered online via the FitBot app
- Flexible options for a full gym-based workout, working out at home with minimal equipment, and a quick workout option for when you're short on time
