They'd do great..for a while. Knowing what to eat and how to exercise is one thing, but actually doing it and succeeding with it long-term is tough. Life "gets in the way" and other things take priority, like:

This is Coach JP speaking here - I get it. I've been there. At 30 years old, I had let myself slip...a LOT! I was nearly 220 pounds at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and would get winded going up a flight of stairs. The pressures of career, home ownership, and impending fatherhood all added up to where I was an old guy before my time. Overweight, out of shape and struggling with some health issues I had always associated with guys 20-30 years older than me, I knew something had to change. That's when I discovered PN, and it really opened my eyes to how things could be. With the success I had, I felt like I had to pay it forward and share the benefits that healthy eating and fitness bring with everyone I could, which is what led me to become a personal trainer and one of the first cohort of PN-certified coaches worldwide.
Unlike other weight loss or fitness programs, we understand that most people need support to make the "doing" happen, and keep happening.
The ProCoach curriculum and support from your PN-certified BTG nutrition coach helps bridge the gap between "knowing what you should do" and figuring out how to make it work for you in your real-life, for the long haul.
