Personalised 1:1 Coaching for Long Lasting Change

Is This the Right Level of Coaching for You?

This coaching is designed for people who want personalised guidance, a structured plan and the level of support that helps them stay consistent. If you are ready to take purposeful action and build long lasting improvements to your health, performance and daily habits, this may be the right fit.

This coaching is for you if:

  • You want a clear, personalised plan for your nutrition, training and habits.

  • You value consistent support, feedback and accountability.

  • You want to remove the guesswork and understand exactly what to focus on each week.

  • You are ready to take steady, actionable steps toward long lasting improvements.

  • You prefer a direct, structured coaching relationship that supports real progress.

This coaching may not be the best fit if:

  • You are not ready to track basic metrics such as weight, steps, nutrition or training sessions.
Tracking does not need to be complicated, and we may not use every metric, but some form of measurement is usually part of the process.

  • You are looking for a quick fix or short term results.
Change takes time, and this programme is built around consistent work over months, not weeks.

  • You are not able to commit to regular communication.
Progress depends on collaboration. You do not need to be perfect, but you do need to stay engaged.

  • You prefer to follow a fully self-guided approach.
If you want to work independently, The Balanced Burn or The Balanced Burn Plus will likely suit you better.

A Coaching Partnership Built Around You

Our coaching relationship is built around three core elements that support steady progress. Each part of the process works together to help you follow a clear plan, stay accountable and adjust effectively as you move forward.

Personalised Strategy

Your nutrition, training and habits are shaped into a plan designed specifically for your goals, preferences, schedule and current capabilities.

Nothing is copied, templated or generic. Every element is built to support consistent progress in the real world.

Direct Coaching Support

You will have direct access to me through your private coaching app, along with weekly coaching calls to review progress, troubleshoot challenges and adjust the plan as needed.

You will never be left unsure of what to focus on or how to move forward.

Data Driven Guidance

We track the right metrics to understand trends, monitor progress and make informed decisions.

This approach removes guesswork and helps us refine your plan quickly and accurately.

What You Receive in 1:1 Coaching

Your coaching experience includes a clear structure, personalised planning and consistent support so you always know what to focus on and how to move forward. Each element is designed to help you make steady, meaningful progress in the real world.

You can expand the sections below for a detailed overview of what is included.

  • During the first one to four weeks we assess your current routines, nutrition patterns, training history, sleep, stress and daily habits. This creates a clear picture of where you are now so we can build a plan that fits your life and supports long lasting progress.

  • You receive a nutrition approach tailored to your goals, preferences and schedule using hand portioning or macro guidance as appropriate. The aim is to keep things practical, sustainable and aligned with the outcomes you want.

  • You receive a training plan designed for your goals, ability and available equipment. This is updated every four to six weeks to reflect your progress. General strength, conditioning and recomposition programming is included as part of the core coaching.

  • We meet each week for a forty five to sixty minute call over Zoom to review progress, address any challenges and adjust the plan. These sessions provide clarity, accountability and direction so you always know what to focus on next.

  • During the first two to four weeks we may meet twice weekly if needed to establish strong systems and create early momentum. This optional phase helps you settle into the process quickly and with confidence.

  • You can message me directly through your private coaching app and I respond the same business day. This ensures you have support when you need it and are never left unsure of your next steps.

  • Your metrics, habits, training, nutrition and weight trends are tracked in one place. This makes progress visible and allows us to make timely, informed adjustments.

  • We work on the routines and behaviours that support long lasting change, including sleep, stress management, daily structure and mindset where relevant. These elements are often the key to meaningful and sustainable improvement.

  • You receive full access to our signature online course, The Balanced Burn, and any future courses released. These resources support your learning and reinforce the coaching process.

  • Certain specialised needs may require additional support beyond the core coaching. These may include:

    • Event specific training or race preparation

    • Advanced sport or performance periodisation

    • Detailed movement analysis or technique review

    • Additional programming blocks

We can discuss these options during your application call if relevant.

How the Coaching Process Works

My coaching follows a clear and structured process. Each phase builds on the last so you can make steady, meaningful improvements without feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next.

Phase One

Assessment and Architecture (Weeks 1 to 4)

The first phase focuses on understanding your current habits, routines and capabilities. We review your nutrition patterns, training history, sleep, stress and daily structure. This helps us identify the highest leverage areas for change and build a personalised plan that fits your life. You will begin making adjustments during this phase, but the primary goal is clarity and alignment.

Phase Two

Execution and Iteration (Months 2 to 3)

With your personalised plan in place, we focus on consistent execution. Each week we review progress, address challenges and adjust your nutrition, training and habits based on real data and lived experience. The intention is steady action, clear expectations and timely course corrections. This is where most people begin to see noticeable physical and behavioural improvements.

Phase Three

Optimisation (Months 4 to 6)

Once the foundations are established, we refine the details. This may include progressing your training, improving movement quality, increasing energy flux, adjusting nutrition with more precision and strengthening the habits that support long lasting change. Small improvements compound meaningfully during this phase.

Phase Four

Integration (Six to Twelve Months)

In this phase you consolidate the work you have done and build the confidence to maintain your progress independently. We focus on reinforcing identity-level habits, strengthening your systems and ensuring that the improvements you have made continue long after the coaching relationship ends. This is where long lasting capability is built.

Beyond the First Year

If your coaching continues beyond the initial phases, we shift into a longer term development cycle. This may include periodic reviews, updated goals, changes to your training or nutrition strategy and continued support as your needs evolve. The focus becomes strengthening the systems and habits that support a sustainable, capable and healthy life over time.

Why This Coaching Works

This coaching approach is built on structure, clarity and steady execution. It is designed to help you take consistent action in the real world, not just collect information. The goal is meaningful, sustainable progress that lasts beyond the coaching relationship itself.

A Plan That Fits Your Life

Your coaching plan is built around your real routines, responsibilities and current capabilities. This removes unnecessary friction and helps you follow through consistently, even when life is busy. When a plan fits your life, it becomes sustainable.

Clear Priorities and Direction

You always know what matters most each week. By focusing on the highest impact actions and avoiding unnecessary complexity, progress becomes simpler to achieve. Clarity is often what people have been missing.

Consistent Feedback and Adjustment

Coaching is not a static process. We review your progress each week and adjust your plan based on clear data and lived experience. This allows you to move forward with confidence and avoid the frustration of guesswork.

Support That Builds Capability

The purpose of coaching is not dependency. It is developing the skills, habits and confidence to maintain your progress over time. This approach helps you understand what works for you so that lasting change becomes possible.

What Our Members Say

What It Costs and How to Apply

This coaching is designed for people who want personalised guidance, consistent support and a structured plan that helps them make long lasting improvements. Because of the level of access and individual attention involved, I work with a limited number of coaching clients at a time (typically no more than ten). This ensures I can provide the quality of support required for meaningful progress.

Coaching Investment

Working with me one on one costs $3,600 per quarter (plus taxes), billed every three months, with automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the next term. This structure ensures there is enough time to make meaningful progress while keeping the coaching relationship flexible over the long term.

How to Apply

If you feel this coaching may be the right fit, you can submit an application using the link below. Your responses help me understand your goals, current routines and what type of support you feel you need. If it looks like a strong match, you will be invited to book a coaching call so we can discuss things in more detail and determine whether working with me one-on-one is appropriate for you.

If Accepted

If we decide to work together, you will complete the initial onboarding steps and book your first call. Your coaching begins as soon as your first quarterly payment is processed.
